Who we are

Cyberecos Pte Ltd is a B2B cybersecurity advisory firm. We advise enterprises, coordinate specialist partners, and manage transformation programmes. We have no consumer-facing products or services.

What we collect

We hold business contact information — name, job title, business email, and telephone — provided in the course of professional engagement. The PDPA’s business contact information exemption applies to most of this data when used for business purposes. Where you contact us via our website or enter a formal engagement, we also hold the content of that correspondence and any project-related documents you share with us.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, deliver advisory services, administer engagements, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use personal data for consumer marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own use. We may share relevant contact details with specialist partners engaged to deliver a specific scope of work, and with standard business software providers (email, cloud storage) who process data on our behalf. Where legally required, we will comply with requests from Singapore regulatory authorities.

How long we keep it

Engagement records are retained for seven years from the end of an engagement. Enquiries that did not proceed to an engagement are deleted after three years. Data is securely deleted when no longer required.

Security

We apply reasonable security controls to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, and loss. If a notifiable data breach occurs, we will inform the PDPC within three calendar days and affected individuals within three business days, as required by the PDPA.
